In our Architectural Communication Techniques course we had a little workshop about architectural photography by Esatcan Coşkun. He emphasized light and shadow conditions, angle of view and frame. Regarding to the things that we have learned, our instructors assigned us to take 3 photographs by using these conditions to improve our new skills. Me and my couple of classmates decided to go to METU campus to take some photos. Here are photographs that I took above. I wanted to show light conditions and demonstrate that shadow is sharpest at the first picture because light level is too high and as the time progress and sun sets, shadow is softening. Moreover, by differentiating the angle of view the frame has changed too.
